The Ridge by Mill House
After nearly 13 years of serving up rave reviews in the greater Poughkeepsie community, Mill House Brewing Company's (Mill House) Daniel Crocco, executive chef and owner is announcing his latest venture: The Ridge by Mill House (The Ridge). The Ridge – a new restaurant located at 387 South Street in Highland, NY, formerly the site of the Gunk Haus - has been open since March 2025.
